有独立之主见，亦有长远之目光，懂得抓住机会，也勇于争取。在BMH，我们希望不断培养孩子们的勇气、能力与远见，同时也让他学会肩负责任、关心他人、服务社会，争做新时代好队员。

本学年伊始，我校少工委秉持充分发挥少先队员的自主管理、民主管理意识的理念，向全校公开竞选新一届学校少先队队委成员。

在学校少工委的组织与党支部的指导下，此次竞选进展顺利，充分调动队员的参与积极性，经过班内推荐、公开演讲、教师评选、队员投票环节，综合评定后，最终选出六名少先队队委。

在这次竞选中，我们很骄傲看到每名参选的队员都能精心准备，向所有师生大方介绍自己，展示自己能力与才华。更值得一提的是，队员们都带来了自己的小提案，为建设美好的BMH建言献策。在竞选周期内，他们能够完成正式演讲稿的撰写、提案的制作以及演讲演练，这对于每个队员来说都是非常好的磨练。

竞选的浪潮吸引了全校的关注。在公开演讲之后，队员们为自己支持的选手投出宝贵一票。

在综合考量公开演讲的评委打分和学生投票之后，六位优秀的少先队队委们开始了任期一年的大队委工作。希望他们能不负众望，不断精进个人能力，为BMH的校园事务做出贡献，成为所有学生的榜样！

At BMH, we are committed to nurturing our children's courage, ability and vision, as well as imparting upon them the values of responsibility, compassion and community service.

In order to give full opportunity to the young pioneers and to maximise their sense of self-management and democratic involvement, we decided to allow all young pioneers to apply to be Captains and Vice Captains.

Under the organization of the school's Young Pioneers Committee and the guidance of the party branch, the campaign proceeded seamlessly, fully mobilizing student participation and resulting in the election of six new Young Pioneer leadership team members. The assessment process involved considering class recommendations, public speeches, teacher selections, and student voting sessions.

In this campaign, we were proud to see that each student who stood for election was well prepared and graciously introduced themselves to all the students and teachers, showcasing their skills and talents. Noteworthy, also, was that the students presented their own concise recommendations for a better BMH. During the campaign, the students successfully composed formal speeches, drafted proposals and rehearsed their presentations. This process proved to be an excellent opportunity for each student to improve their skills.

The campaign garnered the interest of the entire school. Following the speeches, all students had the opportunity to cast their meaningful votes for the candidates they endorsed.
