On 7 July 2022, Shenzhen Bay Laboratory held the ceremony for launching the Party And Mass Service Center and celebrations for the cooperation agreement with Culture Sports and Tourism Administration of Guangming District, Shenzhen Municipality, Justice Bureau of Guangming District, Shenzhen Municipality, Shenzhen Talent Group Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Merchiston International School.

As one of the key strategic partners with Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, Mr Jianjun Lyu(the Chairman of MIS), Ms Jing Cui( Executive Head of MIS), Ms Jiahui Huang(First Secretary of CPC MIS), and Year 5 student Grace(Student Representative) were invited to the ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, based on the "scientist-centered" philosophy of Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, Mr Lyu Jianjun said that MIS will be committed to serving international talents to settle down their family in Shenzhen. MIS will provide high-quality international education for the children of Returnees and International scientists and also will explore a new model of international talent training program to support Shenzhen Bay Laboratory.

Up to now, 11 scientists' children have been successfully enrolled in MIS. In the future, MIS will continue to strengthen the connection with Shenzhen Bay Laboratory and bridge opportunities for MIS students to develop knowledge of science and interact closely with the scientists in Shenzhen Bay Laboratory.

7月7日，深圳湾实验室党群活动中心启动仪式暨深圳湾实验室与光明区文化广电旅游体育局、光明区司法局、深圳市人才集团有限公司、深圳曼彻斯通城堡外籍人员子女学校共建协议签约仪式活动在深圳湾实验室顺利举办。

深圳曼彻斯通城堡外籍人员子女学校作为共建协议的签约单位之一，董事局主席吕建军及执行校长崔晶、第一书记黄嘉慧、曼校学生代表Grace等一同出席了活动。

在签约仪式上，基于对深圳湾实验室“以科学家为中心”理念的认同，曼校董事会主席吕建军先生表达了，曼校将致力于为国际人才扎根深圳提供教育配套服务，并探索国际化人才培养新模式，为海归人才、外籍科学家子女提供高质量的国际化教育，解决他们的后顾之忧。

截至目前，已有11名深圳湾实验室科学家子女成功入读曼校。未来，曼校将继续加强与深圳湾实验室的合作，为曼校在校学生创造更多接近科学、与科学家互动的机会。
