I enjoyed the individual competition and did my best although there are a few questions unanswered. ISA math training camp was very fun because Mr. Neal is super good, and I made friends with other students. It was a happy experience. I will keep learning math so that I can achieve even better result next year.

我很享受竞赛中的个人竞赛环节，虽然有一些问题没有完全解答出来，但我觉得只要尽了自己最大的努力，我就很满足了。这次爱莎暑期数学训练营非常有趣，因为Neal老师十分专业友好，我还交到了很多朋友。这是一次非常愉快的经历。我将继续努力学习数学，以便明年能取得更好的成绩。

I am so satisfied that I got a gold medal! Just when I saw my name being announced I was already jumping up and down and my head almost touched the ceiling. I think that the competition was okay and thank goodness I have got good Internet. The most important reason that I've got gold is because I joined the math training. We learned a lot in the math training camp and we did lots of mock tests too. My thoughts about doing the competition next year are that I can do it quicker and read the questions more carefully.

在本次竞赛中，我获得了金牌，对这个成绩我感到十分满意。看到成绩时，我甚至高兴得雀跃起来。在我看来，这次考试过程中一切都十分顺利。这次竞赛，我能获得金牌要归功于我参加了爱莎暑期数学训练营，做了很多模拟测试，我们都在培训中学到了许多。我希望在明年的竞赛中我可以做到更快，更认真地读题和解题。

Before the competition, I had joined a training for three weeks at ISA. Although it was difficult, I can say it was helpful. Before the competition, I was quite calm and even if I thought that I couldn't get a good score. I liked the idea to compete with a lot of kids with many different nationalities. Finally, I got a gold medal in the math Olympiad contest. I can’t wait the next year competition to join again and get another award. And I know I need to work harder on mathematics.

在比赛之前，我参加了为期三周的爱莎暑期数学训练营。虽然很困难，但我可以说这对我很有帮助。在比赛之前，虽然无法预测自己的成绩但我依然十分平静，以平常心对待。我很享受和来自不同国家的孩子一起比赛的过程。最后我在数学奥林匹克竞赛中获得了个人金牌。我迫不及待地想参加明年的比赛并争取获奖，但是在这之前我知道我需要付出更大的努力来学习数学。

It's my honor to win gold award in the 2022 SIMOC. It's either exciting and challenging to spend a whole day in both individual challenge and team challenge. The training was a lot of help. Mr. Michael set up Math concepts systematically to help us understand theories easily, and Mr. Neal led us verifying our understanding by doing exercises. We did Math Olympiad textbook and mock tests. Again, I appreciated my teachers' great effort! I wish to have the opportunity to attend off-line competition next year. That must be extremely fun to make friends and to teamwork with them face-to-face. And my next goal is to win perfect score award of individual challenge. I hope I can make it.

This competition for me is like a normal thing that I've experienced it quite a lot in my life. However, I still enjoy the process of competing with other people on our talents. This always make me feel excited. If the competition is hard and my competitors are strong, I would even be more into it as I always want to try my best and reach a higher peak. I always like to attend this kind of competition as I think of them as a way to improve myself. I will get stronger every time no matter if I win a prize or not. The reason for me to attend this kind of event is the process but not the result. It is the process that makes people grow and gain more experience. For me, a continuous process is meaningful, so I am planning to attend the competition next year.

这种竞赛对我来说是一件很平常的事情，像是在生活中经历了很多次一样。然而，我仍然享受与其他人竞争比拼的过程。如果竞赛很激烈，我的竞争对手很强大，这会让我对比赛更加投入，因为我总是想尽力而为，达到一个更高的高峰。我喜欢参加这样的比赛，因为我认为它们是提高自己能力的一种方式。无论我是否得奖，我都能在每次比赛中变得更强大。我更看重过程而非结果，正是过程让我获得更多的经验，获得成长。对我来说，一个持续的过程是意义非凡的，所以我计划明年会继续参加比赛。

I think the competition was a very good opportunity for me. I have to thank Mr. Michael for helping us to attend this competition. I met different students from around the globe and learned a lot from them. And by working with them as a team, I realized that I still have a lot to learn and improve in the next few years.

This competition was separated into two parts individual strength and team cooperation. It’s quite normal in the individual strength part that we did our own paper but in the team cooperation part, it is hard to combine different thoughts from different people especially from different nations. As our math teacher Mr. Collins helped us a lot regarding this competition. We appreciated Mr. Michael a lot. All in all, this is a great competition that combined individual strength and team cooperation that challenged students’ knowledge and understanding and ability to cooperate with others. We will feel more confident in terms of joining this competition again. On the other hand, we will use our own experience to guide more students who join this competition.

这次比赛分为个人赛和团队赛两部分。在个人赛中，我做到了正常发挥自己的个人水平，但在团队赛中，我发现很难将每个人不同的想法结合起来，尤其是来自不同国家的人。作为我们的数学老师，Michael在这次比赛中给予了我们很多帮助。总而言之，这是一个十分具有挑战性的比赛，它结合了个人赛和团队赛的形式，挑战学生的数学知识以及与他人合作的能力。另一方面，我们希望用自己的经验来帮助更多其他希望参加比赛的同学。
