/Story of Natalia 康禧同学小故事/


During a study on gender, Natalia observed that women in remote countryside were often solely identified as 'mothers.' This led her to question whether women were limited to the role of motherhood.


In her view, women in remote countryside  deserve the opportunity to assume diverse roles and explore various possibilities in life.


Encouraged by her teacher, Kang utilized her artwork to speak up for these women. With focused guidance of the school's art teacher, she successfully compiled her portfolio for university application.


Natalia's works, which provided a unique perspective on the world and life, deeply impressed the admissions officers at her desired art schools.


在一次关于性别的学术研究中,康禧同学留意到了有些公益项目会给偏远地区的女性打上“母亲”的标签,心中产生了疑问:“为什么女性一定是母亲呢?” 


在她看来,即便是偏远地区的女性也可以是更多的角色,她们也能拥有更多的可能。


在老师的鼓励下,康同学用自己的作品为这些女性“发声”。最终在学校艺术老师的一步步指导下,她完成了申请大学所需的作品集。


正是这些具有自己独特的探索世界和人生视角的作品,帮助康禧同学一步一步走向心目中的艺术殿堂。
