James M. Glowacki is the Foreign Principal and Deputy Headmaster here at Walton. This is James' third year at Walton after 25 years in American Education as Teacher, Professor, and Headmaster, and a 6 year stint as an Executive Vice President of a Chinese/American Educational Corporation.
James has a Bachelor's Degree and a Master of Arts Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and a Master of Science Degree, a Teaching Certificate, and Administrative Certificate from Madonna University in Michigan. James has been considered a specialist in International Education in America and wrote the forward to a book written about the life of International High School Students in America. Along with James' administrative duties, he also teachers courses in English, Global Perspectives, Golf, Tennis, and PingPong.
His teaching philosophy is quite simple: "Students don't care what you know, until they know that you care, so make sure you show them very quickly how much you care."

The Foreign Teaching Staff at the Walton Foreign Language School and the Walton Kindergarten is a wonderfully eclectic mix of Seasoned Veterans and Talented Newcombers. 幼儿部课程总监
Scott出生在美国加利福尼亚州好莱坞，并在阿尔梅达大学获得工商管理学士学位，主修计算机科学。他是太仓华顿外国语外语幼儿部课程总监。他在中国担任教师超过9年，在FUNTIME ABC担任学校主任6年，在深圳蔚蓝海岸幼儿园担任首席英语教师和ESL课程主任5年。他教授3岁至15岁的中国学生：英语、语法、歌曲、句子结构和对话。
2017年，他的学生在伦敦三一学院（Trinity College of London）在中国40多个城市举办的英语口语等级考试（GESE）国际测试中以最高分排名第一。

Scott was born in Hollywood, California USA. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science from Almeda University. He is the Director of Curriculum at the Taicang Walton Kindergarten. He has been a teacher in China for over 9 years, with 6 years of experience working at FUNTIME ABC as the School Director and 5 years as a lead English teacher and ESL Curriculum Director for WeiLanHaiAn Kindergartens in Shenzhen. He has taught English, grammar, songs, sentence structure, and conversation to students of all ages from 3 to up to 15 years old.

Gali是太仓华顿外国语学校幼儿部K3外籍教师。她将完成她在华顿第二年旅程，之前她在我们学校的多个部门分享并获得了教学经验。她于2018年在大连首次开始了ESL之旅，并从那时起开始热爱这一职业。

Gali is the K3 Foreign Homeroom Teacher here at Walton. She’ll be completing her second year at Walton after having shared and obtained teaching experience in multiple departments at our school. She first began her ESL journey in 2018, in Dalian and has grown to love the profession ever since.
Gali completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences and International Relations at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Shortly after, she completed her Honors Degree in Strategic Brand Communications at Vega School. In every class she teaches, she believes that all students should be involved. She always wants to achieve effective learning where students are able to retain and apply what they’ve been taught.
She also believes that both “weak” and “strong” students can be involved if relevant platforms are created for them to learn effectively. That is her philosophy as a teacher. She hopes to put it to action in every possible class in order to achieve her goals as well as those of the students.

Amo holds an honors Master's Degree in Education and an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics from a prestigious university. He has won the 2nd prize of Poetry Slam Competition in 2014, English Mentor Prize in 2015, is voted mostly likely to be a Lecturer Award in 2016, Youngest Teacher Ever in 2017, Best New Foreign Teacher in 2019 and most loved Foreign Teacher in 2019. His motto is: "Trust the process because tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today."

Nick is a Foreign English teacher here at Walton. This is Nick's second year at Walton after teaching English in China for four years. Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He graduated in South Africa via University of South Africa. Nick also has diplomas in architectural drafting and interior designing.
Nick has taught English from kindergarten to grade ten in China. He’s currently the Grade one and two English teacher here at Walton. Nick is looking forward to playing tennis with the students once the tennis courts are ready. His teaching philosophy is: “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.”

Jane is a Foreign ESL Teacher in the primary school department here at Walton. This is Jane's 5th year as a professional teacher. Prior to becoming an educator, Jane was an Administrative Manager at a Marketing Firm in South Africa. Jane has a Bachelor's Degree and majored in International Relations and Political Science. Jane is also a qualified TEFL Instructor, and is currently working towards her Master‘s Degree. Jane is an advocate for holistic learning, and has developed a teaching style that is child centred and delivered from a place of love and respect.
Outside of her teaching duties, she is also a mother and believes this to be her greatest advantage. She believes it allows her to cultivate a deeper understanding of child psychology which results in the delivery of effective and fun lessons. Jane lives by her favourite quote: "A strong man stands up for himself. A stronger man stands up for others." She believes it applies to her teaching philosophy as well. She believes that as an educator, it is her duty to stand up for the tools the children need to build the future and grow in themselves.

Emily is a citizen of the United States of America, and was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Emily went to ucollege at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Emily worked as an English tutor at University for two years, and began teaching English professionally in 2012. Emily has five TEFL/TESOL certifications.
She has been working in China since 2013, and speaks Mandarin Chinese. She believes in visual aids and language exposure as the basis of language learning. Her goal is to have students moving and speaking as much as possible and engaging in class activities.

Lulu is an English teacher that has had the privilege of teaching ESL here in China for almost three years at various institutions earning her much needed experience in working with students of all ages. She has a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Linguistics and is now pursuing an MA in Education. Her Philosophy is that with guided learning every student is capable of great knowledge.

Jacq-Pierre(JP) is an ESL Teacher here at Walton and is from Rustenburg, South Africa. This is JP’s first year at the Walton Foreign Language School. JP was working in Shijiazhuang for Aston English before joining Walton here in Taicang. JP has a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities from the University of Northwest in South Africa, TEFL and a Teach Business English Certificate from ITTT.
Before coming to China, JP was working as a labour hire consultant for 6 years. He sought new challenges and came to China where he fell in love with teaching, and is currently pursuing his Post-Graduate Certificate in Education. JP enjoys playing sports and helping develop the next generation of students with any help that they need. His teaching philosophy is that you will reap what you sow. If you do not put in the hard work, do not expect great results. The effort you put in, is the results that you will receive. Give everything 110%.

Jodi is the English teacher for PreK and K1_B classes here at Walton Kindergarten. For the passed 2 years she has been living and working in China as a Foreign English teacher. In 2019, she started her ESL journey working in a primary school located in Yanan city, Shaanxi Province, where she thought students between the ages of 6-8 years old. She then moved to Nanjing where she thought children between the ages of 3-8 years old at a training centre for one year.
In 2017, Jodi completed her BSC in Social Work at the University of the West Indies. Upon deciding to become a ESL Teacher she completed her TEFL certificate, in 2018. She is considered to be a very kind, passionate, creative and loving teacher. Her educational philosophy is “Every child can learn, every child must learn.”

Hi, I am Jeremiah, but most students call me Jeremy or Thomas. I am very happy to join the Walton family and look forward to working with the students to improve their English. I am from Colorado, which is situated in the middle of the US and at the base of the Rocky mountains. I graduated from the University of Colorado which is well known for collaborating with NASA, and working with various nations to establish new diplomatic programs. I also hold various certificates for teaching English.
I began teaching English in S. Korea, where I worked for three years. I taught young learners and established a passion for helping people achieve their goals. In an effort to continue my personal progress, I moved to Shanghai and established a business to help working professionals and university bound students to achieve their goals. In order to help a greater number, I began working with international institutions. I have spent several years working in Shanghai, and have come here to help the local students to realize their goals.
