今年9月，深圳市华美外国语学校将开设小四至中三香港课程。华美外国语学校香港课程体系采用香港化、国际化的教学和管理模式，由多位香港及海外资深教育专家、教师组成专业教学管理团队，今天带大家认识领军者华美外国语学校香港课程体系荣誉校长高慕莲博士。

Starting from September, Humei Foreign Language School in Shenzhen will run classes with Hong Kong curriculum for students from primary 4 to secondary 3. The classes will adopt both Hong Kong and international teaching and management mode. The teaching team consists of experienced education experts and teachers, most of them have master degree, from Hong Kong and overseas. Dr. Ko Mo Lin, a renowned educationalist from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, is our honorary principal.

高慕莲博士｜Dr.Ko Mo Lin

高慕莲博士，毕业于香港中文大学研究院，香港中文大学香港教育研究所兼任讲师，北京师范大学教师教育研究中心兼职研究员。历任香港理工大学双语学系项目副研究员、香港中文大学香港教育研究所拟任校长课程导师、香港中文大学教育学院课程与教学学系专业顾问、香港中文大学教育学院大学与学校伙伴协作中心一级学校发展主任、香港教育学院宗教与心灵教育中心项目经理、香港浸会大学小班教学在职培训课程高级课程顾问、英国杜伦大学(University of Durham)专业顾问及课程发展处课程主任等。

After having graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Dr. Ko Mo Lin has rich experience in the education field. She is well-known in Hong Kong territory education field. Dr. Ko is a veteran educator, being a part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Education and Hong Kong Institute of Education Research in the Chinese University of Hong Kong while she is an adroit administrator as well, being a development officer and professional consultant in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has made great contribution in the other universities, being a project manager in the Hong Kong Institute of Education, a senior curriculum consultant in the Baptist University of Hong Kong and an assistant research associate in the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. Her expertise is well recognized by overseas universities as she has been a part-time research associate in the Beijing Normal University and an expert consultant in the University of Durham.

高博士在过去二十年统筹不少大型教师专业发展与学校改进项目，除了培训前线教师与课程领导外，于过往十五年，一直担任由香港教育局委托香港中文大学教育学院开办的拟任校长课程导师(Aspiring Principal)。

For the last twenty years, Dr. Ko has led a lot of projects focusing on the teacher professional development and school improvement. Besides being an expert in teacher training and curriculum development, for the last fifteen years, she has been a tutor in the Preparation for Principalship Course for Aspiring Principals run by the Chinese University of Hong Kong with commission from the Education Bureau of Hong Kong SARS.

高博士兼具课程理论与实践经验，专长于带领教师与课程领导，根据校本情况与学生特性设计课程、组织多元教学策略；并通过例证为本的教学探究提升教学效能。曾担任香港中学会考中国语文科等级描述研究小组成员、教育局教科书研究小组统筹及以队长身分带领校外评核等工作；对如何确保课程从规划、实施至评估各阶段能做到环环紧扣，经验十分丰富。

Dr. Ko is knowledgeable in teaching practice and curriculum theory, surely capable of leading teachers and curriculum developers in our school. Based on characteristics of our students, she can design adaptative curriculum, organize diverse teaching strategies and enhance the teaching effectiveness through empirical studies. While Dr. Ko has been a committee member in Chinese Language subject and a leader in external inspection team, she can help plan the curriculum and evaluate the teaching effectiveness to address students’ learning needs.
