背靠教育国际化新趋势,推进党建业务双融双促,第一书记邀请区教育局专家助力柏朗思观澜湖外国语学校提升中文课堂教学品质,共同探索如何立足中国本土特色,培养具有世界眼光的中国公民这一时代新课题。




2021年10月27日,柏朗思观澜湖外国语学校中文组举行了本学年首次中文教学研讨会议。龙华区教育科学研究院小学语文教研员路成书老师、龙华区教育局派驻我校第一书记熊波老师、柏朗思观澜湖学校教学督导张春晖校长通过现场观课、教师座谈等教学研讨活动,为中文组教师专业发展与中文课程建设提出宝贵的建议。



根植中华优秀文化,启迪教学创新思维


“王戎七岁,尝与诸小儿游……”,走进学校银橡楼,研讨组成员远远地就能听到孩子们的朗朗读书声。文言文学习是小学中高年段中文学习的要点之一。四年级一班冯老师用《王戎不取道旁李》作为教学内容,引导学生们通过小组活动,深化对“古今异义”这一词语学习概念的认识,还通过各类案例,从课内延伸到课外,勾联出学生已知的名人故事,进一步锻炼了其对比阅读的能力。课后,学生们更是兴致高昂,表现出对阅读名人传记故事的浓厚兴趣。




随后,研讨组成员来到了三年级一班的中文课堂。“怎么王老师带着一个胡萝卜来教室呢?”随着学生的疑惑声,三年级王老师便和学生们开启了一场有关“胡萝卜先生的长胡子”的自读学习之旅。王老师通过联系生活、关注文中依据等预测方法的巩固与补充练习活动,引导学生通过小组合作,互助答疑等方式,在实践中运用阅读技巧,发展阅读思维。




教学互动促新思,专家引领助成长


在结束了两堂观摩课后,区教研员路老师、驻我校第一书记熊书记及教学督导张校长与中文组老师们进行了深入的研讨交流,并为柏朗思观澜湖学校中文组教师的专业发展道路指明前进方向。



张校长主持会议并请冯老师和王老师作为教师代表,分别从其教学设计、教学临场反应等角度对两堂观摩课进行反思交流。同时,其他在场教师也发表了自已观课后的心得与思考。



在听完两位老师的自我教学反思后,区教研员路老师基于两位老师的课堂表现进行专业点评,指出在当前国际化学校教育教学环境下中文学科教学存在的困境,并引领在场教师对中西学科教学的融合问题进行深刻思辨:在中西融合背景下的中文课,如何能做到扬长避短?既能够保持课堂的生动性时,又能够扎实提高学生的语文素养?


对此,路老师指出:“建立于国际化教学环境下的中文学科组,对中文学科的建设需要做到对中华传统文化的传承,具有中国的坚守,培育中国的基因,延续中国的命脉,给我们孩子打下中国文化的底子,要做具有中国情怀的地球人。




同时,路老师也为学校中文老师们出谋划策。路老师谈到“传承文化基因时,要注意借助多种文化载体,用不同的形式呈现给自已的学生,让学生借助不同的文体和学习支架中做到真正的理解。”要求教师教学要注重“理解是传承之本,勾联是传承之道。教师如果注重培养了孩子的语感,就是培养孩子的语文能力。” 建议教师要“做好保底工作,就是要做到多读课文,正确流利地读熟课文;精读课文,做到精读熟练;做好日常积累;落实国家教材中每个单元的语文要素,引导学生掌握基本中文学习方法”。


随后,熊书记也立足于国家对我国教育国际化发展的希翼和多年专业语文教学经验背景,对两位教师代表所呈现的课堂以及科组教师展现的思考进行了肯定,并鼓励老师们要勇于尝试,不怕困难,在实践中不断前进,将此次教研会议作为新学年的新开始!

Based on the new trend of education internationalization, we will promote the double integration and double promotion of Party building business. On October 27,2021,the Chinese group of the Bromsgrove Mission Hills Foreign Language School held the first Chinese teaching seminar of this school year. Teacher Lu Chengshu, head of Chinese department of Longhua District Education Bureau, Teacher Xiong Bo, the first secretary of Longhua District Education Bureau stationed in our school, and President Zhang Chunhui, the teaching supervisor of Bromsgrove Mission Hills School, through on-site lectures, teacher seminars and other teaching seminars, Provide valuable suggestions for the professional development of Chinese teachers and the construction of Chinese courses.


Rooted in Chinese excellent culture , Inspire innovative thinking in teaching

When we walked into the Silver Oak Building of the school, the members of the research group could hear the children reading loudly from a distance. Classical Chinese learning is one of the main points of learning in the middle and high school years. Teacher Feng uses "Wang Rong not to take the road by Li" as the teaching content and teaching for Class P4A.With the help of group activities, the students not only deepen the learning of the concept of "ancient and modern differences", but also extend from in-class to extra-curricular through case studies. Linking up stories from celebrities that I have learned before further exercises his ability to read comparatively. After class, the students were in high spirits and showed a keen interest in reading biographical stories of celebrities.



Later, the members of the seminar group came to the Chinese class of the P3A. "Why did Teacher Wang come to the classroom with a carrot?" With the students' doubts, homeroom teacher Ms Wang started a self-study journey about "Mr. Carrot's Long Beard" with student .Through the consolidation and supplementary exercises of predictive methods such as contacting life and paying attention to the evidence in the text, Teacher Wang guides students to use reading skills in practice and develop reading thinking through group cooperation and mutual assistance in answering questions.



Teaching interaction promotes new ideas, Experts lead and help growth


After the two observation classes, the district teacher and researcher Lu, the first secretary of our school, Secretary Xiong, and the teaching supervisor, principal Zhang, conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges with the teachers of the Chinese group, and provided a support the professional development path of group teachers indicates the way forward.



Principal Zhang presided over the meeting and invited Teacher Feng and Teacher Wang as teacher representatives to reflect on the two observation classes from the perspectives of their teaching design and teaching on-the-spot response. At the same time, other teachers present also published their own experiences and thoughts after observing the class.



After listening to the self-teaching reflections of the two teachers, Teacher Lu who is the teacher and researcher in district based on the classroom performance of the two teachers,and has made professional comments to them. He also pointed out the predicament of Chinese subject teaching in the current international school education and teaching environment, and led the teachers present on Profound contemplation on the integration of Chinese and Western subject teaching: How can Chinese classes under the background of the integration of Chinese and Western subjects maximize their strengths and avoid weaknesses? Can it not only maintain the vividness of the classroom, but also solidly improve the students' language literacy?


In this regard, Mr. Lu pointed out: “The Chinese subject group established in an international teaching environment needs to inherit the traditional Chinese culture for the construction of the Chinese subject, have China’s persistence, cultivate Chinese genes, and continue China’s lifeline. To lay the foundation of Chinese culture for our children and to be earth people with Chinese feelings."



At the same time, Mr. Lu also made suggestions to Chinese teachers. Teacher Lu talked about "When passing on cultural genes, we must pay attention to using multiple cultural carriers and presenting to our students in different forms, so that students can use different styles and learning frameworks to achieve real understanding." Teachers are required to pay attention to teaching. "Understanding is the foundation of inheritance, and linking is the way of inheritance. If teachers pay attention to cultivating children's sense of language, they are cultivating children's language ability." It is recommended that teachers should "do a good job of ensuring that the bottom line is to read more texts and be correct and fluent. Read familiar texts carefully; read texts intensively to be proficient in intensive reading; do a good job of daily accumulation; implement the language elements of each unit in the national textbooks, and guide students to master basic Chinese learning methods."      


Subsequently, Secretary Xiong also based on the country’s hopes for the international development of China’s education and many years of professional Chinese teaching experience, She affirmed the thinking presented by the two teacher representatives in the classroom and the subject group teachers, and encouraged the teachers to ask for Have the courage to try, not be afraid of difficulties, keep moving forward in practice, and take this teaching and research conference as the new beginning of the new school year!
