精细管理提质增效

李总监采用推门听课的方式，开展常态课教学问题诊断分析活动，梳理教学中的亮点和存在的问题，并提出肯定及改进建议。

Supervisor Li walked into the classroom, conducted in-depth teaching research, and listened to the teachers' teaching. 

随后，李总监从书面作业总量、创新作业形式、作业布置规范、作业设计质量等方面，抽查了老师们的作业设计、作业布置和作业批改情况，依据《学科教学常规标准》抽查了老师们的教学设计。

Afterwards, Supervisor Li also checked the teachers' preparation, and had an in-depth understanding of the completion of students' homework. 

下午，李总监还在部分班级进行了教学问卷调查，并将检查、调查情况反馈给了刘燕玲校长。

In the afternoon, supervisor Li also conducted a teaching questionnaire survey in some classes, and reported the inspection and survey results to Principal Liu Yanling.

刘燕玲校长感谢李总监付出的辛勤劳动，并表示，我校必将落实好“双减”政策、“五项管理”和“考试管理”规定，落实好《罗湖区义务教育阶段课堂提质增效实施方案》、《罗湖区义务教育课堂教学质量评价实施方案》，依据《罗湖区中小学学科教学常规标准》深耕课堂，整体提升学校教育教学质量。

Principal Liu Yanling said that our school will definitely implement the "double reduction" policy, "five management" and "exam management" regulations to improve the quality of school education and teaching .
