青苗始创于1998年，作为由中国人创办的国际双语教育品牌，最早开创中西方教育结合办学新模式。秉承“采中西合璧之萃，品文化融合之美”教育初心二十余年，现已发展成为“涵盖幼儿园到高中”十五年一贯制教育集团，目前在全国范围内拥有20余所校区。

Founded in 1998, BIBS is the first Chinese international bilingual education brand with a unique education concept which integrates Chinese and western educational philosophies, cultural elements, and best practices. After 20 years of development, we have now become a 15-years education group covering from kindergarten to senior high school, with more than 20 campuses in China.

With accreditation by internationally acknowledged authorities including the International Baccalaureate® (IB), the Western Association of Schools and colleges (WASC), and the British Council, BIBS is committed to helping our students become future leading forces with double native language skills, multiple cultural vision, and globalized mindset.

青苗在全国范围内现已拥有25所校区，每一所校区依据其地理位置、当地文化及创校初衷，在遵循青苗教育理念和学校社区环境的前提下，各具独特性。青苗每年为4500余名来自超过30个国家和地区的学生提供具有挑战及改变命运的教育。在充满“爱、关心与支持”的多元化环境中，学生们将努力成为勇于探究、勤于思考、善于交流、敢于冒险、知识渊博、坚持原则、懂得关爱、心胸宽广、全面发展、善于反思的终身学习者。

BIBS currently operates 25 campuses in China, which are all very well located and established with the unique education concept and community environment of BIBS. Each year, BIBS campuses provide education to more than 4,500 students from over 30 countries. In a diversified yet inclusive learning environment filled with Love, Care and Support, our students learn to be lifelong learners with the qualities and skills of inquiry, thinking, communicating, taking risks, knowledgeable, principal, caring, reflection and wholistic development.

青苗独特的国际双语课程体系由中外教育专家团队共同研发，经过20余年不断完善和发展，在引进国际文凭（IB）课程的同时，始终保留国家教育大纲体系内的核心课程。这种“采中西合璧之萃，品文化融合之美”的实践和创新，结合中西方教育理念之精髓，由三大板块互为支撑，有机融合为最适合中国学生的“青苗+”全人教育融合课程，培养学生在思想、体能、文化、创新等领域的全面、均衡发展。

BIBS’ unique international bilingual curriculum is developed by our Chinese and international education experts. After more than 20 years of exploration practice, we have introduced the IB curriculum while keeping the core divs from the Chinese National Education Program. This well-rounded curriculum based on three fundamentals, has become the best international bilingual curriculum for the well-balanced development of Chinese students.

In today’s unprecedent world, we should encourage every student to become an active learner: to experience the world, discover one’s own talent, and open one’s own future. We want our students to realize that the ultimate goal of education is for themselves to be able to explore new roles, opinions and strategies with their own independence and teamwork spirit, in order to face the challenges in the future, and to be determined, fearless, and persistent in their life journey.
