School Uniform

ISA Tianhe students are required to wear school uniforms on school day and wear sport uniform in PE class. Wearing uniforms helps to develop a team spirit and a collective sense of honour and also helps to enhance the image of the school. Wearing the school uniform helps form a bond between students, families and the school, and helps to forge a strong and harmonious community.

Excellent Canteen 

优质的餐食

Since its establishment, ISA Tianhe’s canteen has provided nutritious meals which combine Chinese and Western cuisine and has adopted buffet lunch for students from early years to primary. ISA Tianhe also offers students break-time snacks twice a day in the morning and afternoon respectively. The meals are varied as we consider the allergy issue, religious beliefs and catering for cultural differences.

爱莎天河学校餐厅成立以来，为全校幼儿园至小学来自全球近三十个国家的学生提供营养丰富、中西结合的餐点。学校也在每天早上、下午分别免费为学生提供一次课间餐。餐点品种多样，充分考虑部分学生对某种食物过敏以及宗教信仰、饮食文化差距等问题。

All the ingredients are supplied by Metro AG and other respectable suppliers, and are healthy and of a high quality. Our chef provides dishes that meet Chinese as well as Western preferences. Our kitchen and serving areas are maintained to the very highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness. All precautions are taken with purchasing, transporting, storing, preparing and serving food.

食堂由麦德龙和其它优质供应商提供最健康优质的食材，并由学校自聘的五星级大厨主理，保证提供符合东西方口味的餐食。此外，餐厅的厨房和制餐区域均符合高要求的卫生标准，食材的购买、运输、储存、准备以及烹饪全程均在我校严格的监管下完成。

School Bus 

多点覆盖的校车

At present, ISA Tianhe provides 13 school bus lines with bus supervisors: Zhujiang New Town Line A&B&C, Haizhu Line A&B, Taojin Line, Ersha Line, Favorview Line, Panyu Line, Tianhe North Line and Dongshan Line. There are many stops available on each line. Parents are required to pick up their child/children using a pick-up card at the scheduled time and station. We will choose the school bus stop by considering student’s safety and house location. 

爱莎天河学校现在开设有13条校车线，每条线均配有跟车老师管理。珠江A、B、C、D线，海珠A、B、C线，天河北A、B线，番禺线、二沙岛线、淘金线、汇景线等；各线均有多个站点可供选择，家长必须凭“接送卡”在约定时间、站点接送学生。同时，学校也会在考虑学生安全和住址的前提下选择校车的停靠点。

Only our students and staff are allowed on the bus. All the bus supervisors are the school staff, they will strictly supervise the behaviour of the students to ensure that all are safe.  ISA Tianhe school buses are modern, regularly serviced and registered. The drivers are fully qualified, licensed, and experienced. 

学校只允许爱莎天河的学生及员工上校巴，跟车团队由学校员工组成，每辆校车均有跟车老师严格监督学生在校巴上的表现，系好安全带，确保学生安全。爱莎天河校车采用现代车型，按规定注册，定期保养。校车司机资质优秀，持校车驾驶证，并且驾驶经验丰富。

School Nurse 

专业的校医 

ISA Tianhe is equipped with a professional nurse. The nurse establishes good relationships with parents and teachers to ensure all the students’ information is updated and those who need special medical treatment receive assistance. The nurse also communicates all clinical information to parents in a sensitive, confidential and helpful manner. When an emergency situation arises, the nurse will deal with the student in the first instance. Parents and the Head of School will be informed immediately. A vehicle will also be ready to send the student to the hospital if necessary, and a member of school staff will accompany the child. If a student has any particular medication needs, parents need to provide our nurse with the clinical information.

爱莎天河学校配备专业医生作为校医，并与家长和老师保持密切联系，以处理各项医疗相关事务。在与家长沟通孩子的医疗情况时，校医持着谨慎、协助的态度，并注意保护孩子的个人隐私。如学生发生紧急医疗情况，校医会第一时间进行处理，并及时通知家长和校长。如有需要，学生会在一名学校员工的陪伴下被送到医院。若学生有用药需求，家长需向校医提供充足的医生诊疗信息及药量、用药时间等信息，以配合学生需求。

In the Early Years, children in each class are checked by the classroom assistant every day, including the child’s mouth, body temperature, limbs, mental state, etc. In Primary and Middle School, teachers also observe the mental state of the students every day.

在幼儿园，各班每天由生活老师对孩子晨查，并作记录，内容包括孩子口腔、体温、四肢、精神状态等；小学老师也会每天观察学生的精神状态，发现有可疑将立即采取应对措施。

Security Guard 

安保严谨

ISA Tianhe has equipped with professional and well-trained security guards to ensure the safety of our students. Security guards are responsible for controlling students getting in and out of the school safely every school day. Students are not allowed to leave the school unless the identity of the adult who picks them up has been checked (pick-up card or face recognition) by our security guards. The security guard also helps students get on and off the school bus; direct traffic around the campus, which make it a school day smoother for both our parents and students.

爱莎天河学校配置了专业且训练有素的保安以保证学生安全。学校保安负责保证学生进出学校安全。家长需要提供身份证明（接送卡或人脸识别）给保安查验，方可接学生离开校园。学校保安也协助学生上下校车和指挥校园周边交通，从而让学生和家长更顺利地开展和结束学校日。

ISA Tianhe holds and attends special events to enrich the student life at school, such as ISA Festival, Sports Day, October Fun Day, Crazy Hair Day, Walkathon, Football, Book Week, etc. These activities are excellent opportunities for students to develop their social and communication skills while becoming further immersed in local and other cultures.

Our sporting grounds, featuring a large multi-purpose indoor hall with 5 badminton courts and an outdoor football field with artificial turf, enables our students to engage in a wide range of sporting activities.

Hosting over 12,000 books, our library boasts a large range of literature written in a variety of languages.
