PSG委员会成立的主要目的是：通过相互的交流与合作，共同努力发展和保持家庭和学校之间的密切联系，并积极鼓励家长代表在学校管理中发挥积极作用，有效反映家长对学校运营的知情权。PSG委员会将通过融合学校，家庭和社会三方，协助学校提升教育品质，创造一个全人教育的学习环境。

PSG成员受聘后将在PSG协调员组织下共同召开全体PSG成员会议，制定家校合作章程并组成PSG学校支援组。

成为PSG成员，您有对我校的办学思想、⽅向、发展规划、规章制度等方面提出意见和建议的权利；还能在学校⼯作及学⽣教育中进⾏相互研究、交流与学习；甚至还在安全等方面工作贡献自己的宝贵建议及力量。

我们也希望，成为PSG成员的您，及时向学校反馈家长对学校的意见或建议，发挥桥梁、纽带作⽤，促进家长与学校、教师之间和谐发展；期待您为班级管理，校内外活动组织贡献更多的力量，为学校发展出谋划策。

1、申请时间：2022年05⽉14⽇—2022年05⽉30⽇ 

2、招募对象：全校家长 

3、招募形式：班级PSG成员（各班级1-2位）——> 校级PSG成员（各年级段各1位；G1-G3为一个年级段；G4-G6为一个年级段；中学部视作1个年级） 

4、报名⽅式：有意向的家长可在规定时间内，在班主任处登记，提交《深圳市龙华区诺德双语学校PSG报名表》 

5、任期时长：1学年

Parent Support Group (PSG). Its main objectives are going to be centered on developing and maintaining close contact between home and school, through mutual communication and cooperation. Furthermore, PSG is going to allow the parent representatives to take a proactive role in school management, effectively reflecting parents' right to be informed about school operations. Finally, the Parent Support Group is going to assist the school in improving the education system by integrating school, family, and society, and creating a holistic learning environment.

After the PSG members are elected, the school will hold a meeting of all PSG members under the organization of the PSG coordinator, formulate the home-school cooperation charter and form a PSG school support group.

You’ll have the right to put forward opinions and suggestions on the school's school-running ideology, school-running direction, school development plan, and improvement of school rules and regulations. You can have the right to conduct mutual research, exchange, and study on school work and student education. And even contribute your valuable advice and strength to work on school safety work and other aspects.

At the same time, you’re expected to have timely feedback on parents' opinions or suggestions on the school and play the role of bridge and link by promoting the harmonious development between parents, school, and teachers. We expect you can discuss class management with the class teacher and school leaders, assist the school to organize various social practice activities, and make suggestions for the school's development.

1. Application period: May 14, 2022 - May 30, 2022

2. Recruitment target: parents of the whole school

3. Recruitment form: class PSG members (1-2 in each class) -> school-level PSG members (1 in each grade; G1-G3 is a grade; G4-G6 is a grade; middle school is considered as 1 grade)

4. Registration method: Interested parents can register at the head teacher's office within the specified time and submit the "PSG Registration Form for Nord Bilingual School, Longhua District, Shenzhen"

5. Term: 1 academic year
