The establishment of the Third Parent Committee of Chiway Repton School Xiamen was held on Nov.14, 2022 in the conference room on third floor of Chiway Bilingual School Xiamen.

第二届校级家委会主席王金凯及各学部家长代表刘兰妹、施珊珊、邓沂、范凌燕、张文婷、张瑜、张碧香、杨喜爱、吕小林应邀参加了会议，卢向阳、叶小花、陈程三位家委因故未能到场参会。

学校总校长周小明、幼儿园园长刘怡纤、外方园长Anthony Huber、双语学校校长杨玉丽、副校长赖日新、IHS高中部校长房园园、普高部校长耿红及校行政领导团队出席了会议。 

Chairman of the Second School Parent Committee Jinkai Wang and Parent representatives of each division Lanmei Liu,Shanshan Shi, Yi Deng, Lingyan Fan, Wenting Zhang, Yu Zhang, Bixiang Zhang, Xiai Yang and Xiaolin Lv were invited to attend the meeting. Another 3 parent representatives: Xiangyang Lu, Xiaohua Ye, Cheng Chen were absent due to some reason. General Principal Simon Zhou, Principal of KG Sandy Liu, International Principal of KG Anthony Huber, Principal of Chiway Bilingual School Xiamen Yolanda Yang, Vice Principal of Chiway Bilingual School Xiamen Rixin Lai, Principal of IHS Celestine Fang, Principal of NHS Hong Geng and department leaders of school operation team attended the meeting.

家庭是孩子人生的第一所学校，父母是孩子的第一任老师，厦门华锐莱普顿学校高度重视家校协作，积极营造家校共育的良好氛围。

会上，总校长周小明首先代表学校对各位校家委的到来表示热烈欢迎。周校表示，过去一年学校的发展和教育教学质量的提升离不开家委的鼎力支持，学校始终秉持“根深中华，创新国际，传承至善，胜任未来”的办学理念，致力于培养具有家国情怀、国际视野、素质全面、终身学习的未来领袖型人才，家委们是学校教育的同盟军、同道人，希望今后能积极参与学校的教育教学管理，建言献策，一起为华锐学子打造更好的成长平台。

The family is the child’s first school and parents are the first teachers, Chiway Repton School Xiamen attaches great importance to home-school cooperation, actively create a good atmosphere of home-school co-education. On behalf of school, General Principal Simon Zhou, expressed a warmly welcome to all parent representatives. He said that the development of school and the improvement on education and teaching in the past year could not have been achieved without the great support from parents. CRS adhering to the school mission of "Chinese Origins, Global Originality, Historical Virtues, Future Competence", and aspire to develop the whole child to be a life-long learner and future leader with Chinese origins and global vision. As the allies of school, parent representatives are welcome to actively participate in school's education and teaching management in the future, make suggestions and propose good ideas to build a even better platform for the further development of all the students.

周小明校长向与会家委们介绍了学校成立校级家委会的目的，对今后家委会的工作提出了四点希冀和期许：

1、真诚沟通，建立起家校沟通的桥梁，畅通家校沟通渠道，达到事半功倍。

2、善于协调，实事求是，支持、协调学校事务，营造和谐信任的氛围。

3、做好表率，言传身教，树立子女正确的价值观，展示个人良好的沟通和领导能力。

4、出谋划策，为学校发展照镜子，找不足，提建议，促发展，同舟共济，共育未来。

Principal Zhou also introduced the purpose of establishment of school-level Parents Committee and proposed the hopes and expectations to the work of parent committee in the future:

1.Sincere communication. To create home-school communication bridge and smooth the communication channel to make things do more with less.

2.Well coordination. To support and coordinate school affairs with fact-finding attitude to build a harmonious and trusting atmosphere.

3.Be good example. To teach child with appropriate language and deed to establish their right value and demonstrate good personal communication and leadership skills.

4.Give advice and suggestions. To find the inadequate and make suggestions, to promote the school for its better development and for a better future of our children.

第二届家委会主席王金凯先生发表致辞，王主席首先对学校过去一年在疫情严控下仍保持稳定的教育教学质量表示肯定，希望新一届家委们继续秉承前面两届的传统，支持学校工作，保持良好的家校沟通，做好家校沟通的桥梁。

Chairman of the Second Parent Committee Mr. Wang Jinkai delivered a speech in the meeting. Mr. Wang first affirmed the stable education and teaching quality that maintained by school in the past year even under the strict epidemic control and prevention. He called on the new Parent Committee to carry on the tradition of the previous parent committee to support school's educational work, keep good communication and work as a bridge to well linking home and school.

会议回顾了学校家委会的工作宗旨和意见反馈流程。随后，经过家委们的内部讨论和推选，第三届厦门华锐莱普顿学校家长委员会名单正式出炉。

Furthermore, the meeting reviewed the work purpose and feedback process. Then after the internal discussion and selection of the parent representatives, the name list of the Third Parents Committee of Chiway Repton School was unveiled as follows:
